All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail within the United States only. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. During busy periods, holidays, or when our shipping department is unavailable, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship.
Tracking information is provided for all Priority Mail shipments.
Katsu Seeds is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, contact us at katsubluebird@mailbox.org and we will replace it.
